My girlfriend and I have been together for three and a half years. During these three and a half years, I have fallen more in love with her than I ever realized was possible. Although I had several girlfriends before her, the feelings that I had for them didn’t come close to matching the way that I feel about her. From the very beginning of our relationship, I could tell that things were going to be very special between the two of us.

Since things have been really wonderful throughout the three and a half years of our relationship, I have decided that I want to propose to her sometime next year. Because it was not that long ago when I made this decision, I still haven’t worked out all of the details. However, I know that it is something that I am going to do, and I also know that I am going to design an engagement ring for her. Because I’m a very artistic person, I have already made some sketches of what I want the ring to look like. I just have to be careful to keep these sketches hidden so that she doesn’t find out about my plan!
